Terms and Conditions of Service
- Deposits are preferred not mandatory for all bookings. Deposits can be made via Beem (preferred) or bank transfer. This amount is deducted from the session when we meet. The balance is payable in cash or electronically at time of booking. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used to reschedule your booking (ONCE). Rescheduled bookings must total the same rate or be greater than.
- If I have to cancel our booking, your deposit can be used towards a rescheduled booking, if you aren't able to reschedule at that time, your deposit will be held for up a month (30 days) to be used towards a rescheduled booking. If rescheduling is not an option your deposit can be used towards purchasing content or booking a virtual session.
- Booking cancellations must be communicated with 24 hours' notice to retain your deposit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit. Changing or rescheduling a booking must be communicated with at least 24 hours' notice which can only be done ONCE in order to retain your deposit and use it towards a future booking. Changes or rescheduling done with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit.
- I require a contact number. I am discrete and will not contact this number unless requested. I may ask for a form of identification. This is for my security and my eyes only, and will not be retained after our session together. I am only able to offer a deeply intimate experience with you if I feel safe. If I cannot verify your identity, I retain the right to refuse a booking. For high-profile clients, I am happy to consider an NDA, to be assessed and signed before our session.
- I always do my best to meet appointments, but I will not put you at risk. If I am ill or otherwise incapacitated and I cancel our booking, your deposit will be refunded or can also be retained for a future booking (held for up to 3 months).
- Similarly, if you are unwell and present with a communicable illness such as a cold or the flu, I will not continue with our session, and you will forfeit your deposit. If you are unwell, please give me 24 hours' notice to reschedule the booking.
- If you present at our session with a visible STI (such as a cold sore on the mouth or abrasions on the genitals), I will not proceed with the appointment, and you will forfeit your deposit.
- I require my clients to have a health check and a shower before we begin our time together.
- I am tested regularly (once a month) to ensure that I am healthy and free from sexually transmitted diseases or infections. If you have a latex allergy, please inform me. The use of condoms is not a term up for negotiation if fluid transmission is expected. If you ask for natural penetration, I will cancel our time together, you will forfeit your deposit, and I will not see you again. I supply everything, please do not bring your own condoms.
- If you are rude, abusive, or do not adhere to the services allowed within your time, I will terminate our time together, and you will forfeit all payments recieved. It is unlikely I will book with you again.
- I do not offer services that are illegal under Australian law. We both know these boundaries. If you ask for an illegal service or service that is clearly listed on what I do NOT offer, you will be refused and I will not see you again.
- You may not take photos or video of our time together without my express permission.
- Certain clients may have a time waster fee ($50 - $150) added onto their booking rate or can be put onto my blocked contacts list for several reasons (time wasting, rude, abusive, no shows, address collector or photo collector), once you have been added to this list the only way to remove yourself from it for another chance is to pay the unblocking fee of $200. This fee can be sent via Beem it (@SashaSinns) with your phone number as a reference or via Bank Transfer. Failure to comply will result in the client remaining on my blocked contacts list.
- Proceeding with a booking implies that you have read and understood these terms as written.
